Senior SMB Account Executive

Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior SMB Account Executive to join a high-growth general technology business in Mexico City.

This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on winning new small and medium-sized business customers across Mexico. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, presenting a market-leading B2B solution and managing the full sales process from initial prospecting through to close and implementation.

The role would suit a proactive salesperson who enjoys working at pace, takes ownership of their pipeline and is motivated by ambitious revenue targets.

The role

You will:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the SMB market in Mexico
- Present, demonstrate and sell a growing portfolio of B2B technology solutions
- Build relationships with decision-makers across a wide range of industries




- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
- Consistently deliver against quarterly and bi-annual revenue targets
- Build, maintain and accurately forecast a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Identify customer objections and remove barriers throughout the sales process
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation
- Contribute to the launch and development of new products within the region
- Participate in regular business reviews and share sales insights and best practice
- Create playbooks, performance trackers and scalable sales processes

About you

You will ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience within B2B sales
- A minimum of 1 year working as an Account Executive or in a similar closing role
- A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing a customer base
- Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline
- Strong prospecting, negotiation
