Lead and oversee tax compliance operations, including the review of tax returns and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of tax calculations.
Manage and coordinate the preparation of supporting tax work and documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.




Drive commercial initiatives by identifying new client opportunities and expanding the portfolio of tax services.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and international stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Lead negotiations and provide strategic guidance on complex tax matters.
Proactively identify risks and resolve tax and operational challenges through sound judgment and problem-solvi ng.

Experience in tax compliance, including reviewing and managing tax return processes.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Fluency in English, with the ability to engage with international clients and review technical tax documentat ion.
