**About the Role**
**This position is open to persons located in LATAM and willing to work in Central Daylight Time (GMT -5).**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Design, develop, and maintain software using TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming languages and technologies.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide technical support when required.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainable systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our products where applicable.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the company.
**You’ll Be a Good Fit If you have**
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong technical skills and experience working with developer tools and APIs.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Located in LATAM and willing to work in Central Daylight Time (GMT -5).
**Nice to have**
- Deep technical expertise in SDKs and Docs.
- Experience creating technical content, such as documentation and tutorials.
- Experience working in a distributed organization, and ability to collaborate with teams in different time zones and cultures.
