Leader specialist is responsible to accomplish the milestones of new projects thus monitoring the suppliers tooling developments to guarantee the new model launching and engineering changes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Daily Generation reports of anomalies upon receipt of materials
- Generation of daily working schedule container inspection report
- NPQP skills and knowledge.
- Trial phase management and trial scheduling according to customer
- Manufacturing plan estimation (volumes)
- Follow up to project master schedule
- Negotiation & Follow up with suppliers
- Development and improvements (Kaizen)
- Design change control coordination (engineering changes from clients)
- Presentation in Management forums (internal and external with clients or suppliers)
- Management and leadership of own projects with negotiations for clients & with suppliers.
- Tracking events, parts on time with quality and with documentation required to export.
- Full administration of time and DCC work obligations.
- Raise & administration on high risk topics from suppliers.
**Education/Certifications**:
- Bachelor degree (Engineering / International Business / Commercial area / SCM Logistics degree)
- Nice to have: Master degree related to project administration
**Previous Work Experience**
- Project experience, projects execution and supervision.
- Project manager
