**Title**: Business Operations Accountant
**Location**: Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Philippines, South Africa, Mexico
**Responsibilities**
- Accounts receivable end to end management including collections
- Create and document repeatable processes (SOPs) relating to all our business, operating, and financial systems
- Accounts payable end to end management
- Taxes engine, tax reporting, and tax reconciliation for clients
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in financial records
- The main billing contact for any client inquiries
- Develop and manage budgeting processes, offering insights for cost control
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial reporting
- Identify and implement improvements for financial processes
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance
- Address financial issues and concerns promptly
- Assist in financial forecasting and strategic planning




- Take on Ad Hoc special projects as needed and develop financial models that provide deep insights into our business operations
- Project manager for internal projects
- Continuously review and improve accounting procedures and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy using advanced technology and industry best practices.
- Has automated functions like AR or accounting related issues (improved and crated processes around it)
**Qualifications**
- Amazing independent problem solver
- Able to work standard MST hours 8am to 5pm
- CPA license
- Minimum 4 years of accounting/finance and business operations experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Excellent written & verbal communication, collaborative worker
- Extremely responsive
