Role Overview The Senior SEO/GEO Strategist develops and executes advanced organic search strategies across multiple client brands, driving measurable growth in visibility, qualified traffic, and revenue. This role requires deep expertise in modern search ecosystems, primarily within traditional search engines and increasingly within generative AI discovery platforms. Key Responsibilities SEO & GEO Strategy
Develop and execute SEO/GEO strategies that hit client campaign goals.
Conduct advanced keyword and intent research to identify high-value growth opportunities.
Develop search strategies across a wide range of verticals including SaaS, ecommerce, and multi-location home service businesses.
Technical SEO & Site Architecture
Lead technical SEO initiatives including crawl optimization, indexation strategy, internal linking architecture, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals improvements.




Plan and execute SEO website migrations including domain changes, platform migrations, and major site restructures while minimizing traffic loss.

Content Strategy & Authority Development
Develop scalable content strategies and guide content teams on search intent, topic clusters, and structured content frameworks.
Oversee authority-building initiatives including digital PR, link acquisition, citations, and third-party platform visibility.

Reporting and Relationship Management
Analyze search performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Regularly meet with clients and maintain project management best practices..

Qualifications Required
~5+ years of experience in SEO strategy, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment
