The Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency throughout the region. The position requires strong experience in multi-site environments , including mechanical and electronic manufacturing , as well as expertise in manufacturing project design and implementation . The idóneo candidate will have a background in Industrial Engineering and conversational English proficiency , with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and clearly communicate Industrial Engineering strategies across the region and individual sites
Drive standardization of processes, systems, and data across multiple manufacturing plants
Partner with regional and site leadership to implement process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and operational efficiencies




Lead the design and implementation of manufacturing projects , including layout optimization, capacity planning, and process improvements
Provide Industrial Engineering training, mentoring, and development across sites
Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives by ensuring strong process foundations and data integrity
Monitor and drive improvement based on key Industrial Engineering metrics
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
Strong background in mechanical and electronic manufacturing
Solid experience in manufacturing project design and implementation
Strong knowledge and application of Industrial Engineering tools (work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facility and workstation design, operations research, etc.)
Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
