In this dynamic and hybrid role, you’ll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering audits that ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and promote continual improvement in information security management systems.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Audit Delivery & Leadership: Conduct audits (on-site or remote) of ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), either as a Lead Auditor or team member.
- Lead audit teams when required,
mentoring and coaching junior auditors for development and consistency.
- Client Engagement: Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, timely audit scheduling, and positive client experiences.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively, offering value-driven insights and recommendations.
- Audit Planning & Execution: Oversee the complete audit cycle: planning, coordination, travel logistics, execution, and reporting.
- Maintain audit documentation in BSI systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement—both in client organizations and internally at BSI.
- Support special projects and contribute to broader business goals as needed.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to maintain and expand auditing credentials.
- Progress from Assessor to Lead Assessor in alignment
