The Vulnerability Business Analyst is primarily responsible for investigating vulnerabilities identified by IT Security as risk to company each month. The investigation process will identify what options are available from the software vendors to address vulnerabilities. Metrics are important part of this process to track vulnerabilities and the remediation process.

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years’ direct experience in business analyst or project manager role
- 3+ years’ experience in working in a corporate environment with minimum 10,000 employees
- Scrum or Project Management Certification or other related certifications a plus
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac based Operating System and COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) software (i.e. Adobe, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Internet Browsers, etc)




- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with the ability to perform under intense scrutiny
- Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
- Strong written and oral communication English skills with a focus on executive level support
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong customer-service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to research and test new technologies and solutions
- Time management and organizational skills
