Job Summary
The idóneo candidate brings strong experience in multi-site environments, electronic manufacturing, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification . This role plays a key part in building a scalable and sustainable continuous improvement culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Regional Alignment
- Act as the link between strategic vision and operational execution across multiple manufacturing sites
- Contribute proactively to regional leadership teams
- Pilot, implement, and standardize policies and procedures before broader deployment
- Support site-level Lean Six Sigma leaders in execution and sustainment
- Maintain effective communication across sites and functions to enable alignment on key initiatives

2. Drive Lean Six Sigma Culture
- Lead the development and deployment of a Lean Six Sigma culture across all sites
- Drive performance improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies
- Mentor and support Black Belt and Green Belt practitioners
- Deliver or support training and capability-building programs




- Collaborate with HR and leadership on recognition and engagement programs
- Provide leadership in continuous improvement across multiple sites
- Support sites undergoing Lean transformation or maturity progression

3. Performance Metrics & Process Optimization
- Monitor and validate key operational metrics (e.g., OEE, efficiency indicators)
- Drive the implementation and sustainment of Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, QRQC, and Hoshin planning
- Partner with Finance to prioritize high-impact improvement projects
- Ensure alignment between training content and operational needs

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience deploying Lean Six Sigma in multi-site manufacturing environments
- Strong background in electronic manufacturing
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Demonstrated leadership and change management capabilities
