As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Telecommunications Sales team in Mexico City (CDMX). This is an exciting opportunity for a proven BPO leader who is passionate about developing people, driving sales performance, and growing within a fast-paced, results-oriented organization.
What You'll Do As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple inbound telecommunications sales teams, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client satisfaction, and consistent achievement of revenue and service goals.
You will partner closely with Workforce Management, Training,
Quality Assurance, HR, Recruiting, IT, and Executive Leadership to optimize performance, develop leaders, and continuously improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple telecommunications sales teams in a high-volume BPO contact center environment.
Coach, mentor, and develop Supervisors, Team Leaders, and frontline sales professionals.
Drive performance against key operational and sales metrics, including Revenue, Conversion Rate, Close Rate, Sales per Hour, Productivity, Quality, CSAT, Attendance, Adherence, and Service Level.
Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and increase profitability.
Partner with Workforce Management to optimize staffing and scheduling.
Collaborate with Training and Quality teams to improve sales effectiveness and coaching initiatives.
Support client launches, process improvements, and operational initiativ
