Senior SMB Account Executive
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior SMB Account Executive to join a high-growth general technology business in Mexico City.

This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on winning new small and medium-sized business customers across Mexico. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, presenting a market-leading B2B solution and managing the full sales process from initial prospecting through to close and implementation.

The role would suit a proactive salesperson who enjoys working at pace, takes ownership of their pipeline and is motivated by ambitious revenue targets.

The role

You will:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the SMB market in Mexico
Present, demonstrate and sell a growing portfolio of B2B technology solutions
Build relationships with decision-makers across a wide range of industries




Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
Consistently deliver against quarterly and bi-annual revenue targets
Build, maintain and accurately forecast a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce
Identify customer objections and remove barriers throughout the sales process
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation
Contribute to the launch and development of new products within the region
Participate in regular business reviews and share sales insights and best practice
Create playbooks, performance trackers and scalable sales processes

About you

You will ideally have:
At least 2 years’ experience within B2B sales
A minimum of 1 year working as an Account Executive or in a similar closing role
A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing a customer base
Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline
Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
Excellent writ
