Purpose
Support the development and execution of Grupo Proeza’s portfolio strategy by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating strategic initiatives, and driving value creation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate and portfolio strategy development using the Play to Win methodology.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and growth opportunity analyses.
- Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and business opportunities.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and track performance against objectives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and insights for senior leadership.
- Partner with business units to align and execute strategic priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related.
- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Business Development, or related areas.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management,



and strategic thinking skills.
- Solid analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, and valuation skills (DCF, NPV, IRR, Multiples).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional proficiency in English.
