The Opportunity

The Sales Director is a high-impact, revenue-focused leader responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new large-scale business opportunities within the SaaS, BPO and Contact Center verticals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is a pure "Hunter," focused on expanding the company’s market share by securing Tier-1 and Tier-2 enterprise accounts. The Sales Director must navigate complex sales cycles, build a robust pipeline from scratch, and orchestrate internal resources to deliver disruptive value propositions that challenge the status quo.

The Responsibilities

Proactively identify, prospect and engage with C-Level decision-makers in target verticals (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, CPG, Travel and Hospitality, Technology)
Manage the full sales cycle ownership process from initial cold outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and final closing.
