THE TEAM
You will be part of the Sales, Marketing, Groups and Events, and Communications function, leading commercial strategy across a cluster of properties. This role partners closely with on property leadership teams and reports directly to the Managing Director, working collaboratively to drive revenue performance, brand alignment, and commercial success across the hotels.
YOUR ROLE
As Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing,



you will lead and orchestrate all commercial activities across your hotel cluster, ensuring alignment with brand standards while delivering strong revenue performance. You will act as a strategic partner to property leadership teams, shaping business plans, driving marketing and sales initiatives, and supporting both existing operations and pre-opening activities. Your leadership will influence teams across multiple properties, ensuring consistent execution, collaboration, and commercial excellence.
