**Sales Support Specialist**
**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to internal / external customers
- Follow up the customer registration process from start to finish
- Follow up on the credit allocation process with all areas involved
- Provide commercial support during implementations together with customer owner
- Follow up on contracts
- Follow up on the expiration and update of tariffs
- Support creation of Accounts Development Plans
- Prepare and coordinate quotations for customers
- Sales process step: opportunity
- quoting closing; implementation new customer onboarding, integration
**Your Profile**
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations in Freight forwarding or Forwarder
- Advanced English Level is a must ( B1)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution,



ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
