- Lead and motivate the recruitment team specialized in tech roles.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with the consultancy's and clients' needs.
- Collaborate with clients to define profiles and critical positions, ensuring smooth communication and results that meet their expectations.
- Manage key accounts,



strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the fulfillment of recruitment objectives.
- What will help you succeed:_
- At least 6 years of experience in headhunting and/or RPO consulting firms.
- Proven experience in leading recruitment teams, ensuring their performance and development.
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in managing clients and key accounts.
- Knowledge of process reengineering applied to recruitment.
- Commercial skills with a focus on selling talent and technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performance teams.
- Experience in roles related to technology, ideally with a focus on IT profiles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced level of English
