Analysis of field claims to define effective countermeasure proposals, and creation of cost reduction ideas. **Responsibilities**: - Follow Directions for Harness Wiring system development on new vehicle projects. - QCT: Understands program budget and functional challenges or targets to be achieved. Develops accurate reports/data - Negotiate appropriately with other Engineering departments to resolve basic concerns - Read, create, interpretate 2D, 3D & Simple Circuit Diagrams - Understand and Control cost reduction and field quality improvement activity. - Supplier communication - Provides technical guidance to Manufacturing plant & related areas. - Able to work as a part of team. **Education**: Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Automotive or alike) **Years of Experience**: Automotive engineering development experience (1-3 years)
