**Objective**:
Engage an external consulting firm to perform a comprehensive technical assessment of our Monterrey plant equipment and the technical competencies of our maintenance team. The assessment will focus on the following areas:
- **Plant Equipment Evaluation**:
- **2 Vacuum Forming Equipment**:
- **1 In-Mold Graining Systems**:
- **6 Vertical Press Covering Machines**:
- **1 Robotic Gluing Application**:
- **1 Milling Machines (Weakening Process)**:
- **1 Vibration Welding Equipment**:
- **1 Ultrasound Welding Equipment**
The assessment will include:
- Condition analysis of the equipment.
- Evaluation of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identification of maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.
- Recommendations for upgrades or replacements, if necessary.
- **Maintenance Team Competency Assessment**:
- Review the technical skills and competencies of the maintenance team, comprising 15 technicians and 3 engineers across 3 shifts.




- Assess current maintenance practices and procedures.
- Identify gaps in skills and knowledge relevant to the equipment being assessed.
- Provide recommendations for training and development programs to enhance the team's capabilities.
**Deliverables**:
- Detailed assessment report covering both equipment and maintenance team evaluations.
- Prioritized list of recommendations for equipment upgrades, maintenance improvements, and training programs.
- Presentation of findings to plant management.
**Timeline**:
The assessment is expected to be completed within 2 weeks from the start date.
