At OEC Group, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ocean Import team .
In this role, you’ll learn how international shipments move from origin to destination while building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and global teams.

What You’ll Do:
- Track and update shipment status daily
- Review and manage import documentation (AMS download)
- Enter and maintain accurate data in CargoWise
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and global OEC teams




- Support billing and ensure timely invoicing
- Provide customer support via email and phone
- Build strong relationships with shipping lines, trucking companies, and partners
- Monitor reports and support operational KPIs
- Continuously learn and improve workflow processes

What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced English is essential
- Recent graduate in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
- You're highly motivated and enthusiastic, and your attitude drives your work and team to the next level
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Effective communicators
- Ability to work with high-volume/fast paced environments

Work Schedule (M-F):
Summer Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Winter Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST- GDL Time)
