About Us Homma Talent is a specialized hospitality recruitment agency whose vision is to bridge the gap in the hospitality industry's labor shortage in the U.The Operations Supervisor supports Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient daily operations. This role assists across departments, helps maintain operational standards, resolves guest concerns, and provides leadership support while working alongside associates to meet the resort's business needs.

Support daily operations within Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, and/or Food & Beverage required.
Advanced English.
