For one of my customer we are looking for a SAP FICO consultant for a AMS support project.

Description:
SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Controlling, combined with deep integration knowledge across MM and SD. The role focuses on AMS production support, ensuring stability of finance processes, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement across integrated SAP landscapes.
The position requires strong expertise in FI along with deep understanding of cross-module integrations (MM, SD) and end-to-end business flows (RTR, P2P, OTC).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP FI processes (New GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, and controlling) with country specific taxation and localizations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes (enhancements, configuration)
- Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces (IDocs, AIF) and ensure successful data flow from upstream systems (POS, middleware, etc.)




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SCM, Retail) for issue resolution
- Support minor enhancements, change requests, and testing (UAT, regression)
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain proper documentation (incident logs, RCA, knowledge articles)
- Proven Hands-on experience on Controlling Module

Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, specifically in the areas of finance and controlling
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Taxation
- Strong integration knowledge between FI and MM/SD (P2P, OTC, RTR flows)
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Business Partner concepts)
- Experience in multi-country environments and localization requirements
- Good understanding of financial close processes and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
