Junior position — deep experience not required.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with an administrative/financial focus to support the coordination and monitoring of multiple projects according to operational instructions. This is not a technical IT project manager role nor a senior strategic management position: the priority is administrative execution, document control, operational communication, and support for basic financial tasks such as forecasting and invoicing.

Activities
Support financial tasks: preparation of basic forecasts, monitoring of operational budgets, expense tracking, and invoice recording.
Support coordination and monitoring of multiple projects according to instruction




Assign and update resources and schedules following established priorities
Perform routine control tasks: update statuses, boards, and reports (Jira/Asana/Excel)
Prepare and maintain basic project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, deliverables)
Communicate progress and issues to the project lead and stakeholders per procedure.
Log simple change requests and risks, following the defined proces
Collect basic data and produce periodic reports with simple metric
Assist with small process improvements under supervision and participate in ongoing training
Fluently english for communication with international stakeholders.
