JOB PROFILE Trade Marketing Executive (Field)
Area: Commercial
Reports to: Commercial Director
Functional relationship with: Key Account Managers, Key Account Executives, Logistics, Marketing.
Work zone: Field (daily visits to client stores)

JOB PURPOSE
Ensure flawless execution of the commercial strategy at the point of sale through correct product display, strengthening relationships with store staff, maintaining floor inventory availability, and identifying opportunities that drive sales and improve the consumer experience.
Their main mission is to turn a purchase order into real sales to the end consumer, ensuring the product is visible, available, and correctly presented.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Point-of-Sale Execution:
Visit assigned stores according to the established route.
Verify correct product display.
Execute planograms and visual guidelines.
Maintain brand image standards.
Ensure the product is correctly labeled.
Correct improper product placement.
Improve product presentation.

2. Inventory Management:
Check inventory on the sales floor.
Detect shortages.




Locate merchandise in the warehouse.
Request internal restocking.
Identify low-turnover products.
Detect out-of-stock merchandise.
Monitor critical inventory.

3. Commercial Relationships:
Maintain excellent relationships with:
Store managers
Department heads
Supervisors
Floor staff
Warehouse staff
The goal is to facilitate operations and foster collaboration to increase sales.

4. Display Development:
Seek opportunities for:
End caps
Islands
Promotional tables
Mannequins
Temporary displays
Additional space
Negotiating directly with store operations.

5. Commercial Intelligence: Gather information on.
