We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in selling software development or outsourcing services in Mexico. The adecuado candidate is not only comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and communicating complex solutions with clarity and credibility, but is also driven to build and eventually lead Blue Trail Software's entire Mexico operation, taking ownership of its growth, its team, and its results.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to company leadership, with a clear path to becoming the main manager of our Mexico operation.

Act as the senior representative of Blue Trail Software in Mexico, with professionalism, technical credibility, and strategic insight
Aggressively identify and close new business opportunities in Mexico for outsourced software development services, and take ownership of the market's growth trajectory
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking, outreach, events, and referrals
Track metrics, manage CRM (HubSpot) and report regularly to senior leadership
Contribute to the evolution of our sales strategy in Mexico
Recruit, mentor, and manage a local sales and business development team as the Mexico operation scales
Own the commercial results of the Mexico operation and act as the primary point of accountability for its performance, working in cl
