What You’ll Do
This position is critical for the proper performance and follow-up of the Social Security (IMSS) core activities, such as the Monthly Social Security (IMSS-INFONAVIT) fees payments, Medical Leaves daily reception, review and reporting, IMSS-INFONAVIT internal & external audit reviews, follow-up on payment discrepancies reported by the IMSS.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data in order to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards
- Participate in the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of payroll
- Ensure that the preparation and distribution of payroll complies with established schedules
- Compile and calculate payroll data
- Investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing
- Knowledge of the Company’s policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree related to administrative areas (Finance – Accounting)
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
- Organized, Clean & Tidy working style
- Great people skills to deal with a diverse population
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience processing payroll for a large multinational organizations
