About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Market Research Specialist to help drive business growth for a fast-growing U.S.-based affiliate marketing agency.

In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities through market research, build targeted prospect lists, execute outreach campaigns, maintain CRM data, and support the company's founder with sales coordination and administrative tasks. You'll also assist with social media content and marketing initiatives that help strengthen the company's online presence.

What You'll Do
Research target markets and identify prospective clients based on defined criteria.




Build qualified prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools.
Execute outbound outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email .
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
Coordinate discovery meetings and manage the founder's calendar and inbox.
Assist with business development and sales initiatives.
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and X (Twitter) .
✍️ Support blog content and marketing initiatives.
Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling when needed.

Requirements
✅ 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, Business Development, Sales Support, Customer Success, Recruiting, or a similar role.
✅ Experience researching prospects and building lead lists.
✅ Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting or business development.
✅ Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar.
