We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Lead Consultant (Solution / Technical Lead) to own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution design and provide technical governance across a complex, integration‑heavy ecosystem. This role is adecuado for a senior‑level Salesforce leader who can balance hands‑on technical expertise with architectural decision‑making and team leadership.

The consultant will work closely with solution leadership, architects, and delivery teams to design scalable, secure,



and automation‑driven Salesforce solutions. Own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution design and technical governance.
Lead architecture decisions across Salesforce, integration, and automation layers.
Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Service Cloud and core platform capabilities.
Guide the use of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation.
Ensure proper use of Salesforce security, data model, and platform extensibility.
Lead integration efforts involving middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
Define multi‑system automation strategies, including when to use native Salesforce automation vs. Mentor senior developers and provide technical oversight throughout the delivery lifecycl

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
