Mandate of the role
- Support the rollout and scaling of software solutions across North American stores by ensuring accurate execution, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness, while promoting continuous improvement and standardized, sustainable deployment practices, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment to enable smooth delivery and effective coordination across teams and locations.
Role responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive the execution of deployment activities across North American stores, ensuring alignment with project milestones and operational priorities.
- Support large-scale rollout execution (~6,000 stores), including go-live readiness, logistics, and training coordination.
- Manage and maintain centralized project trackers and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and a single source of truth.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Inventory Planning, Store Operations, IT) to gather updates, track deliverables, and ensure deployment readiness.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies,
including ticket tracking and escalation handling.
- Drive structured communication and status reporting across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility across regional and integral teams.
- Track action items and ensure follow-through on key activities to support timelines and successful delivery.
- Support technical setup coordination and facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
- Identify and support process improvements and standardization initiatives, contributing to scalable and efficient deployment practices within the company.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus (not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or related roles.
