What is your role?
Act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights to design and manage compensation and benefits programs that drive talent attraction, retention, and organizational performance.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
- Contribute to the implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs and initiatives.
- Conduct compensation analysis for senior-level roles, generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Support compensation strategy, including salary benchmarking and merit planning across Corning Mexico’s plants.
- Partner with HR leadership and business unit leaders to guide compensation decisions, including salary positioning, promotions, and internal equity.
- Contribute to compensation budgeting and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business needs.

What do you need to have?
- Bachelor´s degree. Human Resources, Business Administration,



Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensations and Benefits.
- Proven track record in the development and deployment of HR processes and programs.
- Experience supporting or implementing general HR business processes or initiatives.
- Advanced English
