**About us**
We are an European-based automotive supplier with headquarters in Germany. We already produce our products at four locations worldwide. We are now looking for committed employees who would like to build up our new plant in Silao, Mexico with us.
**Main activities and key responsibilities**
- **Planning the implementation of machines from European plants**_
- Responsibility for the detailed planning and coordination of the transfer of machines from European plants
- Analysis of production requirements, selection of suitable machines and preparation of a comprehensive schedule for transportation, installation and commissioning in MX
- **Implementation of machines and production processes in MX**_
- Setting up the machines, adapting them to local conditions and optimizing the production processes
- Work closely with local and international teams to ensure efficient and effective production
- **Training of local technicians and machine operators in MX**_
- Responsible for the training and qualification of local personnel, including technicians and machine operators
- Organize hands-on training and develop training materials to ensure employees can operate, maintain and repair machines safely and efficiently
- **Monitoring the production process during series production**_
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of the production process during the start-up phase and series production
- Analysis of production data, identification of bottlenecks or inefficient processes and implementation of improvement measures
- **Implementation of maintenance processes**_




- Development and introduction of a preventive maintenance plan for the machines
- Determining maintenance intervals, training maintenance personnel and monitoring and optimizing maintenance processes
- **Support with plant issues with authorities and external mexican partners**_
- Working with authorities and external partners in MX to fulfill all regulatory requirements related to machinery, equipment and production
- Coordinate with local authorities on regulatory inspections, certifications and approval processes and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- ideally 1-5 years of relevant experience, but career starters are also very welcome
- Initial experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Conversational English (advanced level) is required, ideally also conversational German
- Service orientation, organizational talent, high degree of teamwork, good communication skills, problem-solving skills

Pay: $13,327.72 - $29,298.29 per month
