The Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the accredited and certified systems under the standards established by the organization, the corresponding standards and the specific client requirements, managing and monitoring the organization's objectives within the integrated management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 37301).
**SCOPE OF POSITION/JOB**
Develop, implement, maintain and improve the organization's quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Ensuring that all processes within the organization comply with applicable standards.
- Implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of standards (ISO 45001, 14001 and 37301)
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate internal auditors
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of the integrated management system and its policies
- Ensure continuous improvement of the integrated management system




- Approve and manage the documents of the integrated management system
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Develop and document management system processes
- Perform root cause analysis
- Submit external audits
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE POSITION**
- Advanced English
- ISO Lead Auditor Certification (9001,14001,45001)
- Statistical Control
- Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in external audits
- Experience in Quality Control.
