You are responsible for design and implementation of mechanical parts, subassemblies and product improvements. Design components that form parts of complex systems. Use mechanical engineering experience for a mix of product development and improvement. Utilize your engineering capabilities to support projects in a variety of markets.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Technical documentation of design and implementation of mechanical parts, subassemblies, and final products.
- Design components for complex systems and follow new product development processes.
- Deliver hardware designs on time and perform tolerance analyses.
- Implement testing plans and communicate information to clients.
- Coordinate with other departments and stay updated on new technologies.
- Write specifications.
- Cost estimation.3D modeling.
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- 3D modeling product design.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product design roles; development,



validation, and management of engineering changes and release.
- Proven knowledge of plastic materials, injection molding of plastics, Moldflow analysis, manufacturing processes and tooling, elastomers, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
- Skills and knowledge in mechanical design using Creo Parametrics, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and general CAD proficiency.
- Blueprint interpretation.
- Tolerance analysis.
- Knowledge in plastic product design.Intermediate-Advanced English.
