_Tasks/Responsibilities:_
- _Lead the Manufacturing functions within output targets to meet customer needs. _
- _Experience in full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery._
- _Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Focused target driven with a positive, can-do attitude. _
- _Manage the Team on best working practices. Coach the teams for operational success._
- _Implement and manage Continues Improvement activities, minimizing costs where possible._
- _Take a great leadership in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making._
- _Ensuring workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements._
- _Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere. A self-starter, and able to positively motivate others._
- _Responsible of the coordination of new business initiatives and projects._
- _Develop, implement, and manage KPIs for each area of responsibility. Establishing short and mid-term plan strategies. _
- Skills and attributes:_




- _Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical, Business Administration, Manufacturing or similar._
- _Eight years of minimum experience in Management as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operation Manager. Proven track record of growth and success._
- _Strong Communication and organizational skills._
- _Qualifications on TS-16949, ISO-9000, and ISO-14000_
- _Verbal and written proficiency in English required._
- _Experienced in Metal Stamping environment as a plus._
