**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education or related field
- Mandatory professional title and certificate
- 2 to 3 years of experience in preschool education
- Advanced English proficiency, must have a certified English qualification such as Teachers, TKT, CAE, or equivalent
- Skills in teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and flexibility
- Empathy and affection for working with children
