**What will you be doing?**
- Develop and implement training strategy, measuring the effectiveness of it.
- Oversee the development and implementation of high-impact training programs tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and prioritize training requirements.
- Develop and maintain scalable training solutions for multi-client delivery.
- Lead training content creation that aligns with organizational standards and client expectations.




- Ensure the integration and effective use of technology-driven learning solutions, including LMS. (AI Solutions, Automation, maintenance)

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
- 3+ years BPO experience and/or in similar position and volume training
- Experience in managing teams and leading large-scale L&D; initiatives.
