**TU ROL**:
- Guide financial viability analysis of manufacturing projects at all Henkel production plants in Mexico.
- Conduct product outsourcing projects in accordance with the company's strategic planning, interfacing with all support areas;
- Guide project team since the conceptual scope until final implementation;
- Participate of external manufacturing audits,



ensuring the service to Henkel’s quality standards;
- Contribute with the service of the timeline until the final validation of the product, ensuring the efficiency of the project implementation;
- Support all the external manufacturing at the project implementation, so all the required standards are fulfilled;
- Monitor third party suppliers considering quality, productivity and complaint prevention;
- Report the monthly results of each quarter to the internal committee, conducting continuous improvement forums with the third parties, as well as action plan when appliable.
**TUS HABILIDADES**:
- Engineering college degree, preferably Production Engineering or Process;
- Availability for hybrid work in addition to the possibility of visiting suppliers frequently;
- Oral and written knowledge in English and Spanish intermediate-advanced level;
- Have good experience and a broad view of manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience with outsourcing process planning and contact with suppliers is essential.
- Good command of Excel and other analytical tools;
- Strong relationship skills between different sectors and cultures.
