E-commerce Specialiast/ Catalog Manager (Magento and/or Shopify)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Manager to join a integral eCommerce team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate, high-quality product information across a large online catalog while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product catalogs within Magento and/or Shopify
- Create, update, and organize products, categories, attributes, pricing, and digital assets.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards.
- Perform quality assurance on catalog updates before publishing.
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and development teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor catalog health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.




- Troubleshoot catalog issues and maintain data integrity across the eCommerce platform.
- Assist with bulk product uploads, imports, exports, and catalog maintenance.
- Support ongoing website updates and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing product catalogs in an eCommerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce.
- Strong understanding of product attributes, categories, configurable products, and catalog structure.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with large product catalogs.
- Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems.
