About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations across multiple clients. This role is adecuado for an accounting professional with strong attention to detail who enjoys structured processes, managing financial records, and contributing to month-end close activities.
You'll work closely with accounting and finance teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience across a variety of businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
✅ Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions using accounting software
✅ Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts
✅ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
✅ Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
✅ Prepare and post journal entries as needed

Reporting & Month-End Close
✅ Assist with month-end closing activities




✅ Prepare basic financial reports and account summaries
✅ Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
✅ Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation

Team Support & Collaboration
✅ Collaborate effectively with accounting, finance, and payroll teams
✅ Support payroll and accounting-related administrative processes
✅ Assist with special projects and ad hoc accounting tasks

✅ Qualifications
Experience
✔ 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
✔ Experience with reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
✔ Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles

Technical Skills
✔ Required: QuickBooks Online experience
✔ Experience preparing and posting journal entries
✔ Strong Excel skills for financial tracking and reporting

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $20,000 – $24,000 MXN net/month
