Continuous Improvement Intern (CI Intern)
Rockwell Automation – Parque Industrial Finsa Guadalupe

Responsibilities
- Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing and administrative processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
- Participate in standardization activities and workflow improvement initiatives within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environment.
- Update performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Contribute to process automation and digital transformation projects.





Qualifications
- Active student with at least one year remaining before graduation.
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency ( minimum 70%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Interest in Continuous Improvement, Data Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Optimization.
