•Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering. •Currently in the final semester or recently graduated.
•Outstanding academic performance.
•Advanced English proficiency (Bilingual).
•Availability to work adaptable or rotating shifts.

•Positive attitude toward new challenges.
The person in the position will rotate through different departments of the company during the first two years, gaining knowledge across all areas.
At the end of the program, they will be assigned a position aligned with their profile and the company’s needs.
