Role Description
We are seeking a Patient Enrollment Specialist to guide warm, inbound patient inquiries through to a scheduled consultation for a U.S.-based healthcare organization. You'll be the first trusted voice patients hear when they reach out — building confidence, answering questions, and helping them take the next step in their care.

Responsibilities:
- Contact new inbound inquiries promptly




- Build rapport and trust with patients and families
- Educate patients on services and enrollment steps
- Handle objections and hesitations with empathy
- Schedule the patient's consultation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date enrollment records

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in healthcare admissions, enrollment, or intake
- Excellent spoken English, neutral accent
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Inbound lead-handling experience
- Highly organized, comfortable working independently

Preferred Experience:
- Home Health, Speech Therapy, or Behavioral Health background
- Medical admissions or scheduling experience

Hands-on experience with:
- Patient enrollment/intake workflows
- Inbound patient communication
- Appointment scheduling systems
