Position Overview
Leads visual development and creative execution for integrated campaigns, ensuring concepts, assets, adaptations, and deliverables meet brand, platform, and quality standards across channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead visual concept development and execution for campaigns and content ecosystems.
- Translate briefs into visual solutions across digital, social, video, display, retail, print, and content formats.
- Supervise adaptation, localization, versioning, layout, art direction, and visual QA.
- Collaborate with strategy, copy, PM, creative production, makers, and motion teams.
- Present creative rationale and mentor designers/makers to raise craft standards.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in creative agencies, digital agencies, content studios, or production environments.
- Strong portfolio across integrated campaigns, digital content, social assets, and production craft.
- Experience with brand guidelines,



visual systems, adaptation workflows, and fast-paced calendars.
- Advanced English for reviews and stakeholder interaction.

Technical Skills / Tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects knowledge is a plus.
- Figma, Keynote/PowerPoint, Miro, Frame.io.
- Understanding of digital, social, display, ecommerce, and video specs.
