Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Labor Relations Specialist located in Ramos Arizpe, COA. The Labor Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations,



labor and employment law, collective bargaining, labor relations, and handling grievances.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment law, collective bargaining, and labor relations
- Experience in managing employee relations and grievances
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
