As an Acceleration Center - Software Engineer (Full Stack – React / .NET) - Senior Associate, you will engage in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions within our Software Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards to deliver quality work.



You will build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complexity and embracing ambiguity to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

Senior Software Engineer (React + .NET)
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help rebuild a complex legacy financial application as a modern, modular platform. This is a greenfield engineering role focused on re-creating core functionality with feature parity first, while building a clean foundation for future enhancements. This role is best suited for a senior full stack engineer who is highly autonomous, comfortable working from specifications and collaborative requirement discussions rather than detailed feature tickets, and capable of understanding both user-facing workflows and backend business logic.
