Location: Monterrey, NL (Initially Remote/Home Office)
Reports to: Mechanical Manager (In USA)

Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to become the first key member of our new Hardware team in Monterrey. You will be an integral part of a integral unit, collaborating directly with the hardware team in Seattle, USA. This role requires strong technical expertise in systems design and CAD modeling, as well as excellent cross-functional communication skills in English.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop detailed mechanical designs for complex systems.




Manage technical client interactions and work with project managers to ensure project success.
Mentor engineers and technicians.
Create and manage models in SolidWorks.
Build and test prototypes, and prepare and present design reviews.
Design and conduct tests to validate design compliance with requirements.
Technical Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Mechanical Engineer leading systems design projects and advanced proficiency in CAD software.
Languages: Advanced English (B2+ to C1 fluent). Demonstrated ability to hold fluent technical conversations and present ideas to stakeholders and clients in the U.S.
Documentation: Valid U.S. passport and visa (or proof of advanced renewal proceedings) due to the required availability to travel to the client's offices in the U.S.
