YOUR ROLE

In this role you´ll participate with a Top Client in the Automotive Industry
defining and maintaining embedded software/system development processes applying
ASPICE, translating process change requests into clear, compliant, and
deployable process definitions.

YOUR PROFILE

* Bachelor Degree in Automotive Design, Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
* ASPICE expert (applying ASPICE to real production projects, not just
performing assessments, including process framework, mapping requirements and
expectations to development processes)




* Process management expert, including creating and updating development
processes, standards, operating procedures (OPs), process flows, and
requirements
* Previous experience as an Embedded Software Developer, with advanced
understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Process Definition & Authoring Experience
* Ability to write clear, structured process requirements, including “Shall /
should” statements, Role responsibilities, Required templates
* Ensuring processes are clear and unambiguous, Compliant with standards,
practical and deployable for engineering teams
* Hands‑on experience creating or updating Development processes, standards,
SOPS, Lifecycle definitions
* Ability to translate standards and models (ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity)
into: Clear process flows, Defined roles and responsibilities, required work
products, Entry / exit criteria
* Working knowledge of ALM tools (Atlassian, IB
