- Responsible for the safety of personnel, and for the immediate repair of any unsafe condition in the equipment in his charge, stopping the process if necessary. Ensure the immediate report to the OSH area of each Near Miss that is observed.

- Observe improvements that represent savings in productivity such as shorter cycle times, more pcs per hour, less waste, optimization in the use of supplies,
consumables and optimization of cleaning and packaging materials.
- Meet your area's leading indicators: SSQDC, and together with your Launch support team develop action plans through to the achievement of objectives and continuous improvement using problem solving tools such as PDCA, 5W and 8D.
- Evaluate and develop production teams based on the ILUO system and ensure that information is updated in the Cross Training database.
- Ensure the correct reporting of production in the system (MES).
- Perform and attend the Quality Audits (LPA's) and Gemba Walk Tours that are performed in the areas in charge and follow up on the closure of the findings.
- Correct handling, transfer and storage of Hazardous Chemicals.
- Coordination, support, cooperation and alignment with involved departments in order to ensure a successful production start-up.
