**What you will do**
- Guide the team and organization in using Agile/Scrum practices and values;
- Support the team in self-organizing and address gaps within the team structure;
- Assess and coach the Scrum maturity of the team and organization, advancing at a comfortable pace;
- Remove impediments or guide the team in finding the right resources to remove them;
- Build a safe, trusting environment where problems can be raised openly for resolution;
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution;
- Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency and share information;
- Follow PMO guidelines for scrum ceremonies and reporting;
- Support backlog grooming and maintenance, enhancing team alignment;
- Provide servant leadership and support, leading by example.
**Must haves**
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management practices;
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Project Management/Scrum Master roles, working with developers, product managers, and engineering teams, including leadership;
- Agile mindset, with proficiency in the Scrum framework;
- Strong communication skills, with Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English;
- Go-getter and results-oriented attitude;




- Motivation to stay updated on new technologies, trends, and best practices.
**Nice to haves**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other PM and Agile-related certifications;
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA;
- Development experience and engineering background are a big plus;
- People management experience - mentoring technical team members.
