**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Document Management (Set up):
- Review & organize client documents in the ARIVE system, ensuring they are properly renamed and classified.
- Send follow-up requests for incomplete, illegible, or missing documents.
- Register files with specific lenders as directed, ensuring files are prepared for disclosures.
- Order and follow up on third-party items such as insurance updates, appraisals, title work, and payoff statements.
- Request and track Verification of Employment (VOE) documents as needed.
Post Closing:




- Review and separate post-closing documents per the checklist.
- Organize digital files in compliance order post-closing.
**Skills**:
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of loan programs, and guidelines (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant experience (Broker shop, Mortgage company) 2+ years (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Advanced English (required)
**Technology**:
- ARIVE Software, CRM, VoIP Phones, Google suites, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
**Physical Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 9 - 6 pm EST (1 hr. lunch break).
Pay: $18,050.00 - $28,080.00 per month
